each. Once a
selection is
made, logo is
subject to no
more than 5
revisions. Additional

billed at an
hourly rate
of $65.00. Upon completion of logo, client is provided with a CD containing their logo in the following file formats - pdf, jpeg, tiff, ai, and eps.
